The apartments and commercial premises contain hard wood floor in the bedrooms. Mediterranean high-quality tiles, which were traditionally handcrafted, were laid in the hall and living rooms. The floors in the bathrooms are tiled with elegant anthracite schistous soil. Furthermore, the bathrooms contain a walk-in shower with high-quality Duravit-resp.-Villeroy&Boch-ceramic. The tall and massive doors, the large soundproofed windows and balconies in the Palazzo were rebuilt according to the historical original by using the most modern technique. The larger apartments are equipped with additional guest bathrooms. The offices and apartments are partially air-conditioned.
